ROLE SUMMARY
The best candidate will be extremely passionate about building and managing systems, processes and frameworks that help the execution of complex business needs and teams. While Project Management has four core responsibilities on project work (budget, schedule, resources and process), ultimately the PM’s role is to set teams up for success. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and directing cross-functional teams within all of our companies (Supply Factory Brands, Sunday II Sunday, Kukua, My Life My Beauty) by setting and driving project goals, identifying, and mitigating project risks, and developing and leading project timelines. The Project Manager will work primarily within the brand teams and our CEO and will play a meaningful role in the success of the project portfolio by developing, driving, and supporting the strategies surrounding brand purpose and operating plans. The Project Manager will report directly to the CEO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the CEO to lead and manage workflow priorities for all Supply Factory Brands teams (Supply Factory Brands, Sunday II Sunday, Kukua), and ensure they are clearly communicated and adhered to. The ultimate goal is to manage initiatives by breaking down sophisticated projects into manageable tasks and supervising progress against those tasks.
Work with creative team to assign creative resources for each project and troubleshoot bandwidth conflicts.
Build master timelines for each company and respective projects considering all phases, contingencies and dependencies. Review product documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, completeness, and compliance.
Assimilate information from various sources and communicate verbally or via other mediums, relevant options/issues/solutions in a manner that is consumable to the audience(s).
Track budget expenses for each project.
Set review schedules and meeting cadence.
Input and manage all necessary information in project management software.
Coordinate files hand-off to third party vendors.
Record, interpret and consolidate feedback from the Creative Team, as needed.
Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve processes.
Contribute to the overall improvement of Supply Factory Brands operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 – 6 years of product / project management experience with a focus on agile project management frameworks and systems (SCRUM, etc.) or entrepreneurial street cred.
Experience managing 360 campaigns – digital, social, print, environmental, broadcast.
Experience using project management tools (Monday, Airable, Coda, Notion, Ect.)Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A strong understanding of brand creation / marketing processes, including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media.
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Adaptable to different working styles.
Self-started with a strong ability to anticipate needs prior to them being communicated.
Ability to problem solve, motivate others and drive the process
