ROLE SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager will report to the various brand leaders and will be responsible for aiding in the developing and execution digital marketing strategies across our portfolio of brands, as well as special projects. Strategies will focus on customer retention, product launches and campaigns, and upcoming innovation. The Marketing Manager should have a strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty and health industry, D2C brands and experiences and e-commerce, from the external landscape to internal operations. This role is truly 50% creative and 50% analytical, so you will be expected to deliver strong ideas and have the KPIs and ability to discuss impact and brand lift based off of each initiative. This position must be adept in collaborating with key stakeholders across departments and functions (Finance, Public Relations, Customer Engagement, Communications, Events, Retail, Digital, Wholesale, Influencer, & more) in order to successfully execute high-impact digital product marketing initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate to identify global business priorities (with Senior Brand Managers and Product teams) and create marketing programs, from strategic planning to implementation to analysis, delivering strong and compelling messaging around existing products, product launches, content planning and more. Execute programs effectively
by managing relationships directly with business stakeholders and coordinating with marketing counterparts.
Manage your own workload and prioritize multiple requests from various parts of the business. Ensure integration between all planned marketing activities across all channels (website, social, email, ads, etc.)
Track, analyze and report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends.
Innovate and implement test and learn strategies that drive scalable impact. Leveraging consumer insights to execute retention and acquisition strategies for the brands digitally, in-culture, and through new experiences.
Draft briefs, develop product messaging, create blog posts, social media and digital content, educational resources and thought-leadership content.
Analyze product and sales data monthly to find opportunities for growth while also following market trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-6 years of experience in consumer marketing and a BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, PR, business, journalism or any other relevant major.
Expertise using Excel with strong comfort with performing data analysis, including pivot tables.
Digital marketing experience including digital ads, attribution models, and site traffic analysis.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize projects.
Strong project management, cross-functional and communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Problem solver who can work well with ambiguity.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with copywriting and email marketing are pluses.
Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs from concept to completion.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize marketing programs.
Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.

Proficiency in all digital social media platforms a must, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter,
TikTok etc.
Experience with D2C and consumer brands in the health and beauty space is a huge bonus.
