You’re a player-coach who knows that you must understand every facet of how your organization works in order to build something truly excellent and scalable. Initially, the role will entail working across 4 – 5 direct-to-consumer brands and our non-profit, at a time. You will work closely with brand managers, creative teams, social media, finance, and product innovation under the supervision of a manager on one of these teams, to figure out what you love. We want you to own your mountain. As you hone processes required to effectively manage multiple needs across layers, you will also have the freedom to experiment with new activities and programs to improve every facet of your department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with your mentor closely to define the problem, scope your project, develop and prototype the solution, and measure the impact. Conduct deep data analysis to drive business decisions. Develop and validate hypotheses and ideas to help drive the business in a positive direction. Develop and supervise product metrics via analysis to measure the performance of campaignsSync and collaborate with partners, cross-functional teams and senior management. Optimize campaigns through data-centric decision making
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fearless and insatiable curiosity.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability and experience in synthesizing large amounts of information to ascertain what matters.
High level of maturity and ability to work both in teams and independently No job too big, no job too small.
Well poised and exhibit strong communications skills interacting with all levels of the executive & leadership teams.
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Experience or desire to work with D2C and consumer brands in the health and beauty space.
